Job Description

FocusCore is a recruitment company that partners with startups and high growth businesses across Asia. We are seeking a Customer Service Officer for a high growth international e-commerce company with global headquarter in Hong Kong.

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be handling customer's enquiries and complaints by phone calls or emails as well as maintaining the orders. You'll need to work closely with different departments for customer-enhancement projects' planning and executions. You'll also be responsible for inspecting product quality, order report as, as well as other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Apply now if you have at least 1-year experience in Customer Service and excellent command of spoken and written English (Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage). You'll need to have proven experience in handling email enquiries. We'd love to have someone who is open-minded and energetic, able to solve problems logically and multi-task. You should high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access, Chinese typing is an advantage.
