Reporting to the General Manager you will perform a variety of customer service function, including handle phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers on quotation, orders and claim, contact new/existing customers to promote new/additional business, support salespersons and their customers.

You must also have good written English as well as spoken Mandarin and Cantonese. Ability to read and comprehend parts and service manuals is an advantage.
