We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Hong Kong organisation. They are seeking a Facilities Officer with strong customer service experience and great problem-solving skills to join their Facilities Team.
You will assist in ensuring the repair and maintenance works are performed on time; monitor daily operations of security and cleaning; process payment of maintenance works; prepare documentation such as contract administration, tendering and quality assurance; provide updates and reports by request and occasionally co-ordinate events and other activities.
The salary for this role will depend on your experience but could be within the range of $15K - 20K. In addition to a salary, you will be entitled to benefits including medical and dental.
