As the HR manager, you will be responsible for all of the human resources functions in Hong Kong including ensuring all daily operations are aligned with the company's objective. Most importantly, you are responsible for different HR projects to transform the internal process and system. You will be supervising the team to improve on talent acquisition, performance management, annual objective setting, salary review, incentive scheme, employee relations, annual budgets, as well as people and development training programs. You will be also be highly involved in C&B functions including payroll processing, final payment, MPF administration, staff movements, medical claims, EC cases and taxation issues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
