Focus Core is recruiting a Project Manager to manage wide range of projects for a significant organisation in Hong Kong with an extensive property portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and working closely with the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for new build projects, A&A projects, fitting out projects and renovation projects. You will act as a point of contact among management, key stakeholders of cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure effective communications and deliveries at satisfactory level. You will monitor and report project progress and cost to management. You will act as the client on-site representative for day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring the quality of services of different consultants and contractors.
To be considered for this role you should have a related university degree in a related discipline such as architecture, surveying, building services engineering, interior design or building construction. You should have six to twelve years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills are vital for this role in both written and spoken English as well as spoken Cantonese.
